The top six teams from each of the four ?Super Regions? following the final week of the regular season will advance to the NCAA Division II football playoffs.

Minnesota State, Mankato (8-0) is ranked first in Super Region Three, followed by the Reddies of Henderson State (8-0) and Harding (6-1). Emporia State is fourth (8-0) and was trailed by Northwest Missouri State (7-1) in fifth and Minnesota-Duluth (7-1) in sixth.
