Rhapsody for Windows Phone Gets Offline Playback, Other Enhancements

A new flavor of the Rhapsody application is now available for download for the owners of Windows Phone devices, namely version 3.0.0.22, with appealing new features packed inside, including the possibility to listen to downloaded music when offline.

The new app iteration also enables users to view their music library, save artists and tracks to My Music, and access them from any Rhapsody-supported device.

Furthermore, the mobile software will provide info on new releases from favorite artists, while also enabling users to explore genre with stations, new releases and top tracks.

As WPCentral notes, the new app release also brings improvements to audio playback, album art, and search, as well as the option to view one's listening history.

The app is available for download for free via Microsoft?s app portal, compatible with Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8 handsets.
